If you are a moviegoer that is yearns for a gory, violent horror film, the remake of “Friday the 13th” should satisfy the urge.Jason once again unleashes his terror on the big screen in the movie, released on Friday the 13th. Producer Michael Bay and director Marcus Nispel (who also directed “The Texas Chainsaw Massacre” remake) collaborated to make this newer version more suspenseful and horrifying. The story explores the making of Jason as an infamous super-human beast, and how not getting enough hugs as a child led him to Camp Crystal Lake. Star leading lady, Amanda Righetti, who plays Whitney Miller, will mysteriously come up missing. Her brother Clay, played by Jared Padalecki, will head up to the spooky woods of legendary Crystal Lake. At the lake he will find the rotting remains of old cabins behind moss- covered trees.Receiving advice from police and cautions from locals, Clay continues with the few clues that he has to search for his missing sister. The situation will soon turn for worse when more people are added to the scene. Danielle Panabaker, played as Jenna, is a young woman that will become a companion and confidant to Clay. Unlike Clay, she found her way to Crystal Lake with a group of college students that wants a weekend full of surprise and thrill. With Clay, Jenna and friends all having very different goals little do they know that their lives will change forever. Armed with a razor- sharp machete, Jason Voorhees, will have a couple of tricks up his sleeve for those who entered on his territory of Crystal Lake. The thrill seeking, suspenseful, horrifying remake will have anyone looking out for the eerie hockey- masked killer on “Friday the 13th”.
