Hanes Mall has added another store and the college population

will sure spend their refund checks there. Welcome the new H&M

store in Winston Salem.

Hanes Mall is sure to have a heavy college consumer increase with their new addition of H&M, an affordable fashionable store that is very popular with the college age group. H&M not only has cool casual wear but it also has great business attire.

The grand opening on Nov. 17 proved that the store would be a big hit with the Triad. As you approach the store the line was at least 250 people long. A DJ was also present he kept the crowd occupied as the first 250 people in line received gift cards ranging from $10 to $300. As soon as the clock struck noon the security offices allowed customers to enter the 20,000 sq. ft store. In frenzy, people rushed for the racks collecting clothing with the various sales. It defiantly brought for an exciting shopping day.

H&M, which stands for Hennes & Mauritz is a northern hit and has been expanding into the South. This is the second H&M store located in North Carolina following the one in Raleigh. The store has a men’s, women’s and children’s section so that the whole family can get savvy.
