The tracks on top of the bridge on Benbow Rd. is where the man was fatally hit by the train. Bystanders say there were three young guys standing on the tracks talking. Detectives would not identify the person, however an officer on the scene says he doubts if the male was a student. Crime scene detectives were seen bringing down the belongings of the male. Among the various belongings is what appeared to be a skateboard.
