    Why exercising at home is the easier – and smarter – fitness solution

    Not so long ago, when someone said they were going to work out, it may have been assumed that they were headed for the gym, but more and more often, people are choosing to get their exercise in the comfort of their own home. With so many options available, it is getting harder to justify a gym membership, as money is tight and time is precious.
