Newspaper peplums and toilet paper tailored shorts were seen at the Earth Day Fashion Show. Fashion X-cetera, an organization geared towards all the fashion merchandising and design majors of A&T’s campus, hosted the event.
Excitement was in the air as models and designers prepped for show time. Wesley Wolfe, a sophomore fashion merchandising and design major, is President of Fashion X-cetera.
“Last year, the PR majors of the JOMC department wanted to collaborate with us on an event and we decided to do a fashion show,” Wolfe said. There were a total of 15 designers and 30 models. Wolfe showcased five pieces in the show.
Categories ranged from Garden of Eden to futuristic. Below are some pictures of the amazing work showcased during the Earth Day Fashion Show.
