I was very disappointed to read Tashieka Truitt’s letter (April 15th) criticizing the management and security of Campus East Apartments. The 4 bedroom/4 bath fully-furnished apartments are currently pre-leasing for $400 per bedroom/4 bath fully-furnished apartments are currently pre-leasing for $400 per bedroom with a 12-month lease. Specials during the months of June and July will make the units available for as low as $350 per month.

    The security at Campus East is enhanced by the surveillance cameras on the property and the fence which totally encloses the premises. Also, deadbolt locks are located on each frontdoor and bedroom door and private alarm systems are available in each apartment.

    Regarding accessibility to the management staff, on-site office hours are generally from 12 – 5 p.m, Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays and 12 – 4 p.m. on Saturdays. Our residents are pleased with our facilities and maintenance as indicated by their statements complimenting Campus East. “The current management is more than willing to work adds he “feels very safe living at Campus East” and that “anytime I’ve had a maintenance issue it has been fixed ASAP.”
