Couture Productions and Verge Modeling Troupe laid it all out on stage at the homecoming fashion show last Tuesday.
The Homecoming fashion show took place last Tuesday at the Carolina Theatre in downtown Greensboro.Â
The two modeling troupes, Verge Modeling Troupe and Couture Productions pumped their way on stage for 45 minutes showcasing their troupe’s various style.Â
Verge performed first with a fashion apocalypse theme. They took a traditional approach to ripping the runway dressed in several costumes such bright color blocks and fatigues.
“Late nights and early mornings have truly paid off for our Verge Family the Fashion Apocalypse was one to truly remember,” said model Tori Griffin, a senior criminal justice major from Richmond, Va.
Couture performed last with a return to the throne theme. This theme was due to the fact that they had taken some time off from modeling. They incorporated spoken word and other theatrics into their performance.
“Preparation for our big return was time consuming, but very exciting! Once we hit the stage it assured me that it was all worth it.”
Said model coordinator Ambriya Neal, a junior journalism and mass communications major from Fayetteville, NC.
