“It’s an Aggie thing!”

From walks to Cookout at 2 a.m. to chilling on the strip and getting fresh for the cafe, the Aggie experience is a unique one. Needless to say, the Aggie struggle can get real! We all know about the Financial Aid line struggle in Dowdy.

Despite the ups and downs, here in Aggieland, we Aggies always prevail. Here is a list of things that only real Aggies can relate to!

I’m so Aggie…

1. I shamelessly practice my own version of Golden Delight’s routines in the mirror.

2. I skip class to chill in the circle in front of the cafe.

3. I pretend to know the words to the Alma Mater whenever I have to sing it.

4. I’ve rationed my last two paychecks just to be present at GHOE.

5. I’ve saved up all my class absences just so I can be ghost during GHOE.

6. I’m single during homecoming.

7. I ruined valuable relationships over a late refund check.

8. My jeans have stained more than a few walls in Riverwalk.

9. I spent all of my flex dollars the first two weeks of school, so no food trucks for me.

10. I’ve run after the HEAT bus more times than I’d like to admit.

11. Kenny is my GPS.

12. Aggie Wings > Fried Chicken Friday…There is a difference.

13. One time for the homie Teddy from the cafe.

14. I remember when “The Strip” was the club…calling all ratchets!

15. I can spot a Cooper-trooper from a mile away.

16. J. Cole taught me the real meaning of N.C. A&T.
